Are the tools really free?+
Yes. The listed tools require no account, subscription or branding watermark. There is no daily task quota. PDF safety limits: 50 MB per file, 100 MB per batch, up to 30 files and 500 pages. Photo/signature resizing accepts JPG and PNG up to 12 MB and 24 million pixels; output is limited to 4096 pixels per side and 12 million pixels. See Quality & limits for the details.
Do my files get uploaded?+
The PDF tools process selected files inside your browser; there is no file-upload service. Files are not intentionally stored in browser storage. Clear the selection or close the tab to release it. Downloaded files remain wherever your browser saved them. See File privacy for the security boundaries.
Will every file fit my form and look exactly the same?+
No universal guarantee is possible. We show actual output sizes, dimensions and previews. Compression may reduce clarity; cropped photos may not meet composition rules. PDF page-copy operations preserve source page content, but unusual files still need review. Follow current official instructions and check every downloaded result.
Can I convert PDFs to Word or Excel, or use OCR?+
Not in this release. Accurate Office conversion, scanned-text OCR, secure redaction and certificate-backed signatures need separate engines and quality testing. We do not list them as working tools or pretend that text extraction is OCR.
How will Promotcha earn money?+
The intended model is clearly labelled display advertising on public discovery and guide pages, not inside the document workspace. Live third-party ads are not configured in this release. No ad click is ever required to use a tool or download a file.
